General Objectives
The Bachelor of Human Resource Management program trains students with basic and advanced specialized knowledge and at the same time aims to create scientific knowledge as a foundation for training at higher levels. In addition, Bachelor of Human Resource Management also has the ability to effectively perform human resource management tasks such as strategic planning, policies, and business human resource plans; know how to analyze job design, recruitment, training and development, evaluate work performance, salary and benefits, health and safety at work; know how to establish, maintain and develop business labor relations... Bachelor of Human Resource Management also has the skills to analyze, debate and solve human resource problems, and have the ability to self-study, research and study at higher levels.
Good use of English language and information technology in professional work and management of activities in the field of human resource management.
English proficiency TOEIC 500 equivalent to B1 (CEFR) or Level 3 according to Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGD&DT regulating the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam, or B1 equivalent to a number of other foreign language certificates according to Circular No. 05/2012/TT-BGDDT dated February 15, 2012 of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Have the ability to apply basic information technology according to Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 11, 2014 of the Ministry of Information and Communications and Joint Circular No. 17/2016/TTLT-BGDDT-BTTTT dated June 21, 2016 of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Information and Communications.
