General Objectives
The Bachelor of Human Resource Management program aims to train high-quality human resources with a solid foundation of knowledge, including both fundamental and advanced knowledge in the field of human resource management. Students are equipped with systems thinking and the ability to apply theory to practice to effectively solve problems in human resource management such as: strategic planning and human resource policies, job analysis and design, recruitment, training and development of human resources, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits development, ensuring occupational safety and health, and developing harmonious labor relations within the organization. Besides professional competence, graduates in Human Resource Management also develop analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills – teamwork in a multicultural environment. The program also creates a strong academic and methodological foundation, helping students enhance their self-learning and research capabilities, preparing them for further studies at the postgraduate level and adapting to the changing demands of the modern labor market.
Providing in-depth knowledge of human resource management such as human resource planning, job analysis and design, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and workplace safety in enterprises.
