General Objective
The PhD program in Business Administration at the Vietnam Aviation Academy is designed to train doctoral candidates with independent thinking, in-depth research capabilities, and the ability to generate new knowledge in the field of business administration. The program equips candidates with the capacity to plan and implement strategic solutions and manage organizations effectively in the context of increasing globalization and digital transformation. Besides developing professional competence, the program emphasizes cultivating sustainable personal values in doctoral candidates, promoting academic ethics, social responsibility, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
