Acceptance of university-level scientific projects researched by lecturers of the Faculty of Business Administration

Recently, on the afternoon of October 27, 2023, Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao – Deputy Director of Vietnam Aviation Academy was the Chairman of 02 university-level acceptance councils for 02 scientific research projects leaded by lecturers of the Faculty of Business Administration.

S. Nguyen Thi Cam Le reported on the topic “Research on factors influencing brand and customer loyalty in aviation services”

Accordingly, the project “The factors affecting brand image and brand trust, and the results of these relationships on customer behavior in the airline service industry” is leaded by Dr. Nguyen Thi Cam Le – Head of the Faculty of Business Administration. The research is carried out with the aim of identifying and analyzing the influence of factors affecting customers’ perception of brand image and brand trust of airlines. In addition, the topic also aims to identify and analyze the impact of brand image and brand trust on customer behavior towards aviation services.

The expected contributions from the research results are to contribute theoretically to the field of marketing as well as provide managerial suggestions for marketing practitioners in the aviation service industry.

MSc. Hoang Thi Kim Quy reported the project to the acceptance council

Continuing in the afternoon of the same day, MSc. Hoang Thi Kim Quy – lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration, who is the lead of the project “The effects of transformational leadership, workplace spirituality, and resilience on FLE’s service recovery performance: a theoretical integration of COR theory and SDT ” was also reported to the acceptance council.

The two projects of the lecturers of the Faculty of Business Administration were unanimously approved by the Acceptance Council with the assessment result of “Passed”.
