Department of Tour Guiding and Program Operations
The Department of Tour Guiding and Program Operations provides students with in-depth knowledge in tour guiding and program management. Graduates are equipped with the skills and expertise to work as tour guides or take on program management roles at travel agencies, supported by a strong foundation in the history, culture, geography, and people of Vietnam
The Department of Travel Management
The Department of Travel Management, part of the Faculty of Tourism and Aviation Services, is proud to train future managers and travel industry experts. With a modern curriculum that combines theory and practice, the department provides not only in-depth knowledge but also comprehensive management skills to meet the demands of the dynamic tourism industry.
Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management
The Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management, under the Faculty of Tourism and Aviation Services, trains students to become hospitality management professionals with comprehensive knowledge and professional skills. Focusing on real-world service industry practices, the department equips students with leadership, organizational, and creative abilities to thrive in a competitive global environment.
Department of Aviation Commercial Services Management
The Department of Aviation Commercial Services Management, part of the Faculty of Tourism and Aviation Services, focuses on training top managers and experts in aviation services and commerce. With an advanced curriculum, the department provides students with extensive knowledge and professional skills, empowering them to pursue key positions in the global aviation industry.
Mission of the Faculty of Tourism and Aviation Services
The Faculty of Tourism and Aviation Services is responsible for designing and implementing training programs according to university standards, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and short-term courses.
With a highly specialized teaching staff, the Faculty guides and supports students in holistic development, blending theory with practice, and ensuring 100% of graduates find employment.
Additionally, the Faculty promotes scientific research, collaborates with domestic and international organizations, and develops high-impact, applied research projects.
Financial and facility management are also key aspects of the Faculty’s operations to enhance the quality of teaching and research.
