The undergraduate Information Technology program aims to equip students with a solid foundation for comprehensive development; instilling political and ethical qualities, good health, and professional knowledge. It also develops practical skills and the ability to work independently and creatively to solve specialized IT problems, meeting the demand for skilled IT professionals in society and the aviation industry.
The department currently offers training in Information Technology with three specialized tracks as follows:
♥ Software Technology: Focuses on building Web, App, Game systems, … (Front-End and Back-End).
♥ Data Science: Applies machine learning, big data, data mining, and Blockchain to analyze data across various fields.
♥ Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT): Combines artificial intelligence in computer science with the Internet of Things to develop applications aligned with Industry 4.0 technologies.
The program provides students with foundational, core, and specialized knowledge in Information Technology.
The program equips students with skills in applying, analyzing, designing, developing, and presenting in various professional fields related to Information Technology and its associated disciplines.
The program equips students with attitudes regarding awareness, responsibility, ethics, and discipline within the industry.
Graduates of the Information Technology program are qualified for suitable positions and can operate in the rapidly developing knowledge-based industry, both in government agencies and multinational companies:
• Designing websites, developing software and games; working in the IT operations and development departments of agencies, factories, schools, banks, etc., as well as enterprises that apply IT; and in universities, colleges, and vocational schools in the IT sector.
• Specialists in analysis, design, installation, management, and maintenance of computer software to meet various applications in agencies, companies, schools, etc. They can particularly work in Airlines.
• Working in IT departments or in any organization that requires the application of information technology across various sectors (public administration, banking, telecommunications, aviation, construction, etc.).
• Employment in software production and development companies, both domestic and international. Working at consulting firms that propose solutions, build, and maintain information systems.
• Ability to independently release game products, web applications, and applications for mobile devices, etc.
