Specific Objectives
Knowledge
Provide fundamental knowledge of politics, society, and law, as well as foreign language and information technology competencies required for employment positions.
Equip learners with general foundational knowledge in economics and modern business administration to effectively meet work requirements in enterprises.
Equip learners with specialized and up-to-date knowledge of business administration in the modern business environment, including corporate management, digital business, international business, aviation service and air transport management, airport management, logistics and supply chain management, innovation management, digital transformation, business data analytics, project management, and the development of new business models in the digital economy, aviation, and aerospace economy. Accordingly, learners are able to analyze, plan, organize, operate, and make appropriate managerial decisions in the context of international integration and sustainable development.

Knowledge

Apply knowledge of political theory, Marxist-Leninist philosophy, political economy, scientific socialism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, the History of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and Vietnamese law to solving socio-economic issues in practice. Apply knowledge of National Defense and Security Education to the protection of agencies and the country when necessary.

Use knowledge of microeconomics, macroeconomics, customer behavior, introduction to scientific research, management principles, and principles of business statistics to understand the operating principles of enterprises in the economy and to develop plans to solve problems arising in business operations.

Apply foundational and specialized knowledge of business administration, economics, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, logistics, and supply chain management to analyze, evaluate, and solve problems in the operations of enterprises and organizations in the context of international integration and digital transformation.

Explain specialized knowledge in the fields of digital business, international business, aviation service management, airport management, air transport, and aerospace economy in order to develop, implement, and optimize business activities, services, and management projects.

Evaluate the impacts of technological trends, digital transformation, innovation, sustainable development, international business, logistics, aviation, and the aerospace economy; integrate knowledge of risk management, law, and business ethics to select and propose appropriate strategies, business models, and management solutions for organizations in the context of globalization and high technology.

Accurately perform and proficiently use a foreign language in the global business environment, achieving Level 3/6 according to the six-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework.
