The Artificial Intelligence and Big Data major, under the field of Information Technology at Vietnam Aviation Academy, is designed to train highly qualified IT professionals for both society and the aviation industry. The program emphasizes in-depth specialized knowledge, strong practical skills, and professional ethics, aiming to foster the comprehensive development of each student.
Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to extract, analyze, and transform data into valuable insights that support decision-making and optimize business processes in fields such as aviation, healthcare, transportation, and more. The role involves analyzing, designing, training, and implementing efficient AI models. This work requires extensive knowledge of machine learning and deep learning, along with strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, etc. Professionals in this field are expected to possess creative thinking, teamwork abilities, and the capacity to stay updated with global technology trends.
Visualize data using Machine Learning models or popular data visualization tools. The role involves transforming complex datasets into intuitive charts, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making in fields such as aviation, healthcare, transportation, and more. The work requires the ability to apply AI models (such as machine learning or deep learning) to generate smart and creative reports, along with proficiency in popular data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, or Plotly for designing interactive dashboards and charts. Familiarity with big data processing and analytics tools such as Apache Spark or Hadoop is also essential. In addition, a proactive learning attitude and strong attention to quality are important attributes for success in this role.
Develop and implement big data analytics solutions for multinational projects. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and optimizing big data systems, processing and cleaning raw data, identifying meaningful patterns, and forecasting trends. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of big data platforms and technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Kafka, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra. Proficiency in ETL tools (Extract, Transform, Load), programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java, and understanding of data security, storage optimization, and data retrieval is essential. Experience working in cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly valued. Additionally, the role demands a proactive learning attitude, strong attention to work quality, and the ability to adapt effectively in multicultural and rapidly evolving technology environments.
Design and implement blockchain-based systems in multinational projects related to Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and deploying decentralized solutions to enhance security, immutability, transparency, and data traceability in AI-integrated and big data systems. The role requires solid knowledge of cryptography, data security, cloud computing, and proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Solana. Familiarity with development tools like Truffle, Hardhat, and Remix, and programming languages such as Python, Solidity, etc., is essential. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a proactive learning mindset, strong commitment to work quality, and adaptability in multicultural and rapidly evolving technological environments.
Develop applications for analyzing and processing natural language using machine learning and deep learning models. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and deploying Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems such as chatbots, automated translation systems, sentiment analysis, and information extraction from text, among others. The role requires proficiency in developing and applying advanced AI models, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, to build intelligent applications. A proactive learning attitude, creativity, and attention to work quality are essential, especially in multicultural and rapidly evolving technological environments.
The Artificial Intelligence and Big Data program provides both fundamental and advanced knowledge in artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, data analytics, and other modern interdisciplinary technologies. The curriculum is designed to develop students’ practical skills, creative thinking, communication abilities, teamwork, scientific research competencies, self-directed learning, and the ability to keep up with emerging technologies.
