Workshop to collect opinions on the high-quality training program at the university level majoring in Aviation Business Administration
With the desire to effectively contribute to the training of high-quality human resources, especially in the field of aviation, the Vietnam Aviation Academy held a workshop to contribute ideas on the Draft “High-quality training program in Aviation Business Administration at the undergraduate level” on the afternoon of March 7, 2023.
The workshop was held in the form of Hybrid Meetings, under the chairmanship of Assoc. Prof. TS. Adam Voak – Director of the High Quality Training Program and Faculty of Business Administration of Vietnam Aviation Academy.

Attending the workshop were Mr. Pham Van Hao – Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam; Mr. Duong Tri Thanh – Member of the Board of Directors, Former General Director of Vietnam Airlines Corporation (VietNam Airlines) and representatives of Vietnam Airlines, VietJet Air, Saigontourist,.. and units in the aviation industry; In addition, the seminar was also honored to welcome Professors, Associate Professors, and Doctors from domestic universities; Professors from the University of Applied Sciences Worms (Germany); representatives of leaders of units of the Academy; businesses – employers, lecturers, alumni and students of the university.

At the workshop, Dr. Nguyen Thi Cam Le, in charge of the Faculty of Business Administration, presented a draft of a high-quality university-level training program in Aviation Business Administration. It is expected that the training program will be designed according to the credit system. Total knowledge: 120 credits (excluding Physical Education, National Defense and Security modules).
The participants all affirmed the necessity of opening the industry and focused on discussing and contributing many constructive ideas, contributing to the completion of the project to open the industry
The training program proposes to give students a common learning path. The Academy will focus all resources to support learners to maximize their potential and strengths through a variety of teaching activities, forms, methods, and techniques. Students learn theory and practice skills through learning activities.
The workshop received comments from experts in the field of training and in the aviation industry, recruitment units in the aviation industry, from professors and representatives from Worms University (Germany), University of Queensland (Australia), Deakin University (Australia); Alumni, Students of Vietnam Aviation Academy. On the basis of the contents of the objectives, input conditions, output standards and structure of the training program, the participants all affirmed the necessity of opening the discipline and focused on discussing and contributing many constructive ideas, contributing to the completion of the project to open the major.

The Faculty of Business Administration highly appreciated the contributions of the delegates and affirmed that this workshop is very important in the process of developing output standards and training programs associated with practical needs. The Faculty hopes that teachers, businesses, and education experts will continue to accompany the Faculty in the coming time to develop a new training program with the product of high human resources with full qualities and skills to become global citizens in the period of international integration.
