In the afternoon of May 20, the Faculty of Tourism and Aviation Services held a workshop with the theme: Orientation, exchange and future career exchange for students of the Faculty of Tourism and Aviation Services and other faculties of the Academy.

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Ms. Nguyen Khac Hoang Lan has conveyed to tourism students practical knowledge and experience focusing on preparing and guiding Vietnamese tourists when traveling abroad. Students are instructed on passport procedures, visa applications and the process of guiding guests at international destinations as well as how to handle emergency situations when guests are abroad.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Danh – Head of the English Delegation – Grand circle Vietnam also had discussions with students about the tasks when welcoming international tourists to Vietnam, including: The process of welcoming and seeing off passengers at airports, ports, and road border gates; The work of guiding international tourist delegations in Vietnam; Handle situations that occur when passengers enter and exit; Handle situations that occur when guests are traveling in Vietnam and other situations…
