Vietnam Aviation Academy “steadily soars higher” alongside the aviation industry’s human resources

The seminar “Steadily Soaring Higher – Developing Sustainable Human Resources in Vietnam’s Aviation Industry” brought together representatives from airlines, regulatory agencies, businesses, and educational institutions — all sharing a common goal: how to strengthen and elevate Vietnam’s aviation workforce to regional and global standards.

The event featured Dr. Nguyễn Thị Hải Hằng – Director of the Vietnam Aviation Academy, as a guest speaker, sharing her insights on the future of the aviation industry.

The Academy also contributed a meaningful presentation titled “The Role of Women at the Academy in the Development of the Aviation Industry,” delivered by Ms. Nguyễn Thanh Hảo, M.A. – Member of the Academy’s Trade Union Executive Committee, and student Ngô Thị Thúy Duy from the Faculty of Information Technology.

Dr. Nguyễn Thị Hải Hằng – Director of the Vietnam Aviation Academy – participated as a guest speaker, sharing insightful perspectives on the future of the aviation industry.

Her remarks, along with the Academy’s contributions, spread a strong message of gender equality, affirming the role, potential, and determination of women in aviation — a field that demands courage, expertise, and an enduring aspiration to soar higher.

The Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) delegation took commemorative photos with fellow delegates attending the seminar.

With over 46 years of dedication to the aviation industry, the Vietnam Aviation Academy has been the cradle of training for tens of thousands of engineers, technicians, and professionals serving both domestic and international airlines.
