The leaders of 13 top universities in Taiwan visited and worked with the Vietnam Aviation Academy

The Vietnam Aviation Academy Welcomes a Delegation of Taiwanese Universities for a Working Visit

Welcoming the delegation were Dr. Nguyễn Thị Hải Hằng – Director of the Academy, Dr. Cổ Tấn Anh Vũ – Deputy Director, along with representatives of various departments, faculties, lecturers, and students of the Academy.

The Taiwanese universities visiting the Vietnam Aviation Academy include: University of Taipei, Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology, Kainan University, Fooyin University, Takming University of Science and Technology, Tatung University, Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, Tainan University of Technology, Chinese Culture University, National Taipei University of Technology, National Ilan University, HungKuang University, Chung Hua University.

These universities are among the oldest and most prestigious institutions in Taiwan, ranking highly in international rankings. Each university excels in its specialized fields; however, with a spirit of expanding international connections to enhance research and training capabilities, as well as promoting innovative initiatives, they expressed a strong desire to establish a deeper and broader partnership with the Vietnam Aviation Academy across various promising areas.

Taipei University Leaders Share Insights at the Meeting

During the working session, after an overview of each institution’s activities, the university leaders shared their perspectives and discussed potential areas for collaboration. These included student and faculty exchange programs, co-hosting conferences and seminars, scientific research, and organizing competitions, as well as strategies for implementation and future development.

The universities also highlighted their policies to attract international students through scholarships, tuition support, and accommodation assistance. In particular, they offer special scholarships for Vietnamese students, who make up one of the largest groups of international students in Taiwan. This support serves as a crucial incentive for Vietnam Aviation Academy students who wish to pursue studies at these institutions.

The official meeting between the Vietnam Aviation Academy and representatives from Taiwanese universities concluded successfully, paving the way for numerous collaboration opportunities. By expanding partnerships with universities worldwide, the Vietnam Aviation Academy enhances study exchange and international career opportunities for its students, allowing them to experience global learning environments and diverse cultures firsthand.
