The Faculty of Aviation Operations organizes the acceptance of student Scientific Research topics in 2023 and reviews student scientific research outlines in 2024.

Based on the direction of the Director of Vietnam Aviation Academy on the development of a plan for science and technology activities in 2024 – 2025. In order to promote the initiative, creativity, and scientific research ability of students, contributing to creating new knowledge and products for society, the leaders and lecturers of the Faculty of Aviation Operations have enthusiastically disseminated and accompanied students who wish to participate in scientific research to improve the training quality of Vietnam Aviation Academy. Thereby, 5 scientific research topics of students of the Faculty of Aviation Operations have been registered with the desire to experience, learn, explore new knowledge, applications, and new methods to serve current subjects and majors.

On the afternoon of October 25, 2024, the Faculty of Aviation Operations organized the acceptance of the 2023 student scientific research topics and the review of the 2024 student scientific research outline. The review and acceptance of the outline and the research topics were held with an acceptance council of lecturers and prestigious experts.

The first part of the meeting was to review the 2024 student scientific research outline with 5 highly practical topics. The topics presented in the review session were all seriously and thoroughly prepared. The council gave comments and suggestions for editing the outlines to help student groups have more ideas and complete the outlines better, thereby creating a basis and forming the initial steps to carry out the topics in the best possible way. As a result, 5/5 topics were highly appreciated by the Council and approved.

Council members worked seriously to evaluate during the 2024 student research proposal review session and 2023 student research proposal acceptance session.

Part two, acceptance of the topic “Evaluation of the impact of reverse taxiing on the runway on take-off and landing operations at Vietnamese airports”. The acceptance council demonstrated seriousness, honesty, and fairness in the process of acceptance and evaluation of the topic of the group of students of the Faculty of Aviation Operations after a period of effort in researching and implementing the topic.
