The Vietnam Aviation Academy and the Hue Department of Tourism have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding
This event marks a significant milestone in the Academy’s strategy to strengthen connections with localities that hold strong potential in tourism and service development. It also affirms the Academy’s commitment to promoting collaboration in education, research, and the development of high-quality human resources between the institution and local partners.

Attending the event were Professor Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao – Vice President of the Vietnam Aviation Academy; Ms. Tran Thi Hoai Tram – Director of the Hue Department of Tourism; along with representatives from both organizations, partner agencies, and members of the press.
Speaking at the ceremony, Professor Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao, Vice President of the Vietnam Aviation Academy, shared: “Hue is a land rich in heritage, home to many UNESCO-recognized cultural treasures. The partnership between the Vietnam Aviation Academy and Hue’s tourism sector represents not only a convergence of two distinct fields – aviation and tourism – but also a valuable opportunity to leverage the strengths of both parties. This collaboration will contribute to improving the quality of human resources, expanding development opportunities, and promoting cultural and service values to both domestic and international communities.”
According to the signed agreement, both parties agreed to implement a number of key areas of cooperation, specifically:
Supporting communication and mutual promotion based on each party’s functions, responsibilities, digital platforms, and existing infrastructure;
Collaborating in training, recruitment, and human resource development in areas such as tourism, aviation, services, logistics, and digital transformation;
Coordinating the organization of programs and events in Hue City, Ho Chi Minh City, and other localities (when applicable);
Supporting specialized research, data collection, the use of facilities, and mobilizing experts and volunteers;
Cooperating in education and scientific research in fields aligned with each party’s functions and strengths.
