The Admissions and Student Affairs Office is an advisory and support unit assisting the Board of Management of the Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) in admissions and student management. The Office is responsible for implementing student-related policies and benefits, as well as providing consultation and support to students throughout their academic studies, personal development, and training at the Academy.
In addition, the Office oversees communications, brand development, and school health services, contributing to the development of a professional, modern, supportive, and student-centered educational environment.
Advise on, develop plans for, and organize admissions for various levels and modes of education, including postgraduate programs, full-time undergraduate programs, and part-time undergraduate programs. The Office also provides admissions counseling and communicates admissions information to prospective students and learners.
Develop plans, coordinate, and organize counseling and support activities for students in academic studies, career development, and employment. The Office implements student-related policies and provides follow-up support to graduates during their job search and career development.
Advise on and develop communications programs and plans, as well as brand development strategies for the Academy, contributing to strengthening VAA’s image and increasing its visibility and recognition within the community and society.
Organize and implement health management and healthcare services for students, staff, civil servants, and employees of the Academy.
Coordinate with relevant units across the Academy in implementing shared responsibilities, providing information and supporting units in the process of handling administrative matters.
