
Department of Testing and Quality Assurance
Advise the Director of the Academy to manage, implement and perform the tasks of Examination and ensure the quality of education.

Testing
Take the lead in advising on the development and implementation of: plans and procedures related to examination and assessment activities; documents, regulations, and policies regarding exam questions, exam organization, grading, re-evaluation, and other examination-related policies.
Lead the implementation of examination and assessment tasks in accordance with the Academy’s regulations.
Take charge of the storage and security of exam questions and papers for various exams; receive and coordinate the handling of exam re-evaluation requests.
Organize final exams for course modules.
Lead and coordinate with academic departments and the Training Office to conduct post-course evaluations for classes nearing graduation.
Collaborate with functional offices and academic departments in evaluating academic performance warnings, conduct assessments, and graduation eligibility according to the Academy’s regulations.
Participate in admission and graduation activities as assigned by the Admission and Graduation Councils.
Coordinate with academic departments to develop and periodically review and update the exam question and test banks.
Coordinate with academic departments and relevant functional offices to review proctoring hours data for staff and carry out payment procedures.
Take the lead and coordinate with the Admissions and Student Affairs Office, the Finance and Administration Office, and other relevant units to review, update, and supplement data on the Ministry of Education and Training’s information portal, and disclose data according to the regulations on the “Three Public Disclosures” policy.

Quality Assurance
Coordinate with relevant units to conduct research and propose to the Board of Directors the objectives and plans for quality assurance.
Take the lead in advising, developing, and organizing the implementation of: documents, regulations, and policies related to quality assurance in accordance with regulations; processes for self-assessment and accreditation of educational institutions and training programs; self-assessment and accreditation plans for the institution and training programs.
Act as the focal point for implementing self-assessment and quality accreditation activities of the educational institution.
Serve as the focal point for developing, monitoring, and reporting to the Board of Directors on the implementation of post-self-assessment and accreditation action plans; mid-cycle evaluation plans; and the next cycle’s self-assessment and accreditation plans for the institution.
Support and coordinate with academic departments in managing and conducting self-assessment and quality accreditation of training programs.
Assist and guide academic departments in developing post-self-assessment and accreditation action plans; mid-cycle evaluation plans; and the next cycle’s self-assessment and accreditation plans for training programs.
Consolidate, monitor, and report to the Board of Directors on the implementation by academic departments of post-self-assessment and accreditation action plans; mid-cycle evaluation plans; and the next cycle’s self-assessment and accreditation plans for training programs.
Take the lead and coordinate with relevant units in developing, monitoring, and reporting to the Academy’s leadership on the implementation of plans to improve education quality.
Lead the organization of feedback collection from staff, lecturers, employees, and learners regarding lecturers’ teaching activities, students’ learning experiences, and training support services provided by the Academy; report the results to the Board of Directors to inform measures for improving training quality.
Compile statistics and report on quality assurance activities as requested by the Board of Directors and higher authorities.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Director.
