The Faculty of Business Administration organized a scientific seminar on the topic “Green management towards sustainable development”
On the afternoon of December 29, 2023, in room A301, the Faculty of Business Administration of Vietnam Aviation Academy held the first scientific conference with the theme “Green Management and its Implications in Sustainable Development (GMISD”).
The first scientific conference of the Faculty of Business Administration was organized with the goal of becoming a bridge and forum for scientists, experts, lecturers, businesses and other organizations to exchange and exchange academics, share the practice of green governance activities in enterprises and green governance strategies to help businesses sustainable development in the current green economy.
Attending the workshop were Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao – Deputy Director of the Vietnam Aviation Academy, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Dung – Deputy Director of the Vietnam Aviation Academy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Voak John Adam – Expert of Vietnam Aviation Academy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Ha Quang Thinh – University of Science and Technology (VNU), Mr. Tran Thanh Nam, Deputy General Director of Hoa Sen Group along with leaders of faculties, departments, lecturers and students of the Academy.
At the beginning of the workshop, Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao delivered the opening speech and thanked and wished good health to the delegates attending the workshop. TS. Nguyen Thi Cam Le – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration presented the seminar. Next was the presentation of 02 keynote speakers of the workshop including: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Ha Quang Thinh shared the Symposium Report on “Roadmap to the Sustainable Development in Vietnam: Zero Carbon Economics” and Dr. Bui Nhat Vuong, Head of the Department of Science and Technology and International Cooperation, Aviation Academy shared about “Green Marketing and Customer Buying Behavior: An Overview Research”.
Next, 03 main topics of the workshop were divided into areas, including room A301 on the topic of Green Governance, room A201 on the topic of Green Human Resource Management, room A309 on the topic of Sustainable Tourism. Each group of authors presented the paper and received many comments and exchanges from experts and businesses on improving green governance activities in Vietnamese enterprises today.

Papers after receiving comments will be edited and edited by the Secretariat and published in the Proceedings of the Workshop with ISBN code. The workshop also opened up opportunities for students to better understand green governance, activities to promote sustainable development at businesses, helping to suggest some teaching and research orientations for lecturers and students of the Vietnam Aviation Academy.
