Joining hands with five tourism enterprises, VAA students are “headhunted” for job opportunities right from the classroom
Amid the strong recovery of the tourism and service industry and the growing demand for human resources, on the morning of February 6, the Vietnam Aviation Academy signed cooperation agreements with five enterprises operating in the tourism sector, expanding practical learning environments and increasing job opportunities for students while they are still at university.

The Vietnam Aviation Academy signed a cooperation agreement with Dat Nuoc Viet Tourism Services Co., Ltd.
The signing ceremony was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Co Tan Anh Vu, Vice Director in charge of the Vietnam Aviation Academy; Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao, Vice Director in charge of the Faculty of Tourism and Aviation Services, along with faculty members and a large number of students.

The Vietnam Aviation Academy signed a cooperation agreement with J Travel Tourism and Event Co., Ltd.
On the business side, the event was attended by Mr. Cao Thai Mao – Director of New Tour Tourism and Event Services Co., Ltd.; Dr. Than Trong Thuy – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dat Nuoc Viet Tourism Services Co., Ltd.; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Thao – Deputy Director of J Travel Tourism and Event Co., Ltd.; MSc. Ha Di Luan – Commercial Director of Van Thinh International Tourism and Event JSC; and Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen – Director of QCMC Entertainment Media Trading JSC.

The Vietnam Aviation Academy signed a cooperation agreement with New Tour Tourism and Event Services Co., Ltd.
Under the agreement, the partner enterprises will work alongside the Academy in training and developing human resources by hosting students for internships and field placements, organizing company visits, sharing professional experience, contributing to curriculum development, and giving priority to recruiting graduates.

The Vietnam Aviation Academy signed a cooperation agreement with QCMC Entertainment Media Trading Joint Stock Company.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao stated that the enterprise-linked training model not only enables students to combine theory with practice, but also allows businesses to approach, assess, and recruit students during the training process. This is also considered a sustainable approach to improving the quality of human resources in the tourism and service sector.

The Vietnam Aviation Academy signed a cooperation agreement with Van Thinh International Tourism and Event Joint Stock Company.
Close collaboration with enterprises is regarded as a key solution enabling Academy students to bridge the gap between theory and practice, develop professional thinking at an early stage, gain hands-on work experience, and enhance their adaptability to labor market demands.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Co Tan Anh Vu and Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao presented flowers to express appreciation to the partner enterprises.
Through this cooperation, the Vietnam Aviation Academy continues to expand its network of partners, reaffirming its commitment to training aligned with societal needs, placing learners at the center, and using graduate employability as a key measure of training quality. This is considered a notable advantage that enhances the Academy’s appeal in the 2026 admissions season, particularly for students seeking highly practical programs with clear career opportunities.
