International aviation companies recruit young engineers at Vietnam Aviation Academy
Many companies operating in the aviation and engineering industries have come directly to Vietnam Aviation Academy to organize career orientation seminars, recruitment activities, and on-site interviews with students, opening up job opportunities for students even before graduation.
On the morning of March 13, Vietnam Aviation Academy, in collaboration with several enterprises, organized a career orientation and recruitment program for students majoring in aeronautical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, and related fields.

As part of the program, Meggitt Vietnam introduced an overview of the company and shared insights into the working environment in the aviation manufacturing industry, as well as the demand for highly qualified technical personnel. The company also directly received job applications from final-year students and addressed their questions regarding internship opportunities and positions for engineers and technical staff.
Meggitt Vietnam is part of a global aerospace group specializing in the manufacturing of aircraft components, electrical systems, and sensors for both civil and military aviation. Its products are used in modern aircraft such as the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Airbus A350, Airbus A380, and the F‑35 Lightning II fighter jet.

Representatives of Meggitt Vietnam introduced the company and shared insights into the working environment in the aviation manufacturing industry, as well as the growing demand for highly skilled technical personnel.
During the same morning, HAECO Group – a global provider of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services – also held a separate recruitment seminar and interview session at Vietnam Aviation Academy. The company is currently seeking to recruit 40 engineers and technicians in areas such as aeronautical engineering, aircraft maintenance, and electrical–electronic engineering to support its expansion projects in the region.
At the event, many students had the opportunity to engage directly with the company, learning about recruitment requirements, career development opportunities, and the skills needed to work in the aviation engineering environment.
