Workshop to expand the development of training programs in International Business, majoring in International Trade

On the afternoon of March 7, 2024, the Extended Workshop “Expanded Workshop on Developing a Training Program for International Business, majoring in International Trade” organized by the Faculty of Aviation Economics took place in Hall A301.

Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao delivered the opening speechThis seminar was held to report the results achieved and discuss and collect opinions with experts and businesses in order to develop the content of the program, improve the quality of training for international business undergraduate programs in accordance with reality, and meet the recruitment requirements of businesses.

Attending the workshop were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Hoai An – Chairman of the Academy Council, Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao – Deputy Director of the Academy; TS. Mr. Co Tan Anh Vu – Head of the Training Department, representatives of deans and lecturers, the team in charge of developing the project to open the discipline and especially many guest experts, alumni, and business representatives came to give comments to the Academy.

Report on the training program in International Business, majoring in International Trade

Speaking at the opening, Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao said that the International Business Training Program, majoring in International Trade, is identified as a new major of the university, opening up a new direction in training. With the foundation of an international orientation major, this seminar is a proud initial result of the construction process to create generations of bachelors majoring in International Trade with high competitiveness. Hopefully, expert teachers, representatives of employers, and alumni representatives can give suggestions and supplements so that the Academy can continue to implement this major in the coming time.

After the reports, there are exchange and discussion activities. Many comments and comments on the implementation, the program, the output standards… teachers from training institutions, businesses, alumni… actively give suggestions to the construction team.

According to the development strategic goals of the Academy in the coming time, the Vietnam Aviation Academy will strengthen the development and training of international programs with the desire to provide high-level human resources at home and abroad, further improve the quality of training and contribute to improving the prestige of the Academy’s education in the context of international integration as extensive as today.
