Workshop “Greening aviation services from the perspective of consumers”

On the morning of May 30, the Faculty of Business Administration – Vietnam Aviation Academy held a workshop with the theme “Greening aviation services from the perspective of consumers”.

Attending the workshop, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Hoai An – Chairman of the Academy Council; GS. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao – Deputy Director of the Academy; TS. Co Tan Anh Vu – Head of Training Department; representatives of the Youth Union and Student Union; The Board of Directors of the Faculty of Business Administration and lecturers and students of the Academy.

The workshop focused on discussing the following groups of issues: The increasing demand for “green” aviation services; Key trends in the development of sustainable aviation services; Solutions to develop “green” aviation services; Experience from greening aviation services in some countries; Practical lessons for greening aviation services in Vietnam…

The seminar received positive effects from participants

The seminar received positive effects from the participants. Students, lecturers, and experts discussed and exchanged challenges and opportunities in developing sustainable aviation services as well as shared practical solutions to reduce the environmental impact of the aviation industry. Through the workshop, it helps students raise awareness of the importance of developing sustainable aviation services.

On this occasion, the “Aviation Management” club of the Vietnam Aviation Academy was also launched, a club to connect students of the Academy to explore and develop their passion for the aviation field, and at the same time build a community for future managers.

The Board of Directors of the Aviation Management Club – Vietnam Aviation Academy, term I, term 2023 – 2024 consists of 03 comrades: Ho Dac Anh Thi – Chairman, Nguyen Le Thao Ngan – Vice Chairman and Nguyen Truc Linh – Member. In the coming time, the club will organize many interesting activities such as organizing competitions, specialized seminars, start-ups, etc. to become a place of cohesion and mutual support in learning and research.
