Workshop on reviewing and adjusting the output standards of the Master of Business Administration training program
On the afternoon of July 4, 2024, the Vietnam Aviation Academy held a workshop “Workshop on reviewing and adjusting the output standards of the Master of Business Administration training program” which is being implemented at the Academy.
The workshop was attended by Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao – Deputy Director of the Academy; Board of Directors of the Faculty of Business Administration; leaders of the Training Department; leaders of the Department of Testing and Quality Assurance together with the Academy’s lecturers.
The guests included more than 30 businesses, employers, scientists, socio-professional organizations, lecturers from other universities, alumni and postgraduate students.
During the seminar, representatives of the Faculty of Business Administration presented proposals to modify the training program towards meeting the requirements of learners’ practical work after graduation and meeting the requirements of domestic and international employers.
At the seminar, the organizers received multi-dimensional comments, frank and sincere sharing from delegates and guests. Representatives of employers have made many important comments, evaluated the quality of the Academy’s postgraduate students and proposed adjustments associated with the requirements from practice at employers, especially the requirements for strengthening skills at work.
In addition, experts and scientists have shared experiences in building training programs from a professional perspective to ensure the harmony of theory and practice, ensuring standards according to current regulations. The students who have been studying at the Vietnam Aviation Academy have opinions from the perspective of being the direct beneficiaries of the training program and are applying the knowledge and skills accumulated during their studies at the Academy to serve their current jobs. The delegates and guests highly appreciated the efforts of the leaders and teachers of the Vietnam Aviation Academy in the process of reviewing, adjusting and updating the master’s training program.
The seminar was a great success. In his closing remarks, Dr. Nguyen Thi Cam Le – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration affirmed that the training program is the Academy’s commitment to learners and employers. Dr. Nguyen expressed his gratitude for the participation and valuable comments of delegates, experts, scientists from training institutions, representatives of employers, students, and alumni. Comments on the training program will be selected and absorbed by the Academy so that the Academy’s training program is increasingly innovative and developed. The Academy is confident that it is going in the right direction, striving to train excellent human resources, serve interdisciplinary, and meet the needs of society.
