Lecturers of Vietnam Aviation Academy coordinated to propose solutions to develop logistics system in Hau Giang
On the morning of April 25, at the Department of Science and Technology of Hau Giang province, a scientific workshop on the topic “Current situation and solutions for developing the logistics system of Hau Giang province” was held, jointly organized by lecturers of the Vietnam Aviation Academy and the Department of Science and Technology of Hau Giang province.
This is a provincial scientific research topic led by Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao – Deputy Director of the Vietnam Aviation Academy as the chairman
Attending the workshop were Mr. Pham Truong Giang – Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; representatives of departments, branches, businesses, scientists of Hau Giang province; research team and lecturers of Vietnam Aviation Academy.
At the workshop, delegates listened to presentations, including: Some tasks and solutions for developing logistics services in Hau Giang; Tasks and solutions to develop logistics services in Hau Giang associated with the comprehensive hub in Can Tho city; Current situation and solutions for developing logistics in Hau Giang province; Effective logistics operation model; Proposed solutions to build and develop a model for calculating transportation costs on digital maps in Hau Giang province.
The workshop was organized to collect comments from localities as well as businesses on the research results of the task based on the results and progress of the task implementation of the topic. This is a provincial-level scientific research topic chaired by Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao – Deputy Director of Vietnam Aviation Academy.
Attending the workshop were leaders of the Department of Science and Technology; representatives of departments, departments, branches, businesses, scientists of Hau Giang province; research team and lecturers of the Vietnam Aviation Academy.
The research topic on logistics systems is also a strength of the Vietnam Aviation Academy. Teaching Logistics (majoring in Transport Economics, including 3 majors: Aviation Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Logistics and Multimodal Transportation) includes a team of lecturers who are experts who have graduated from France, the UK, Australia, the United States, the Czech Republic, China,… has in-depth experience in the field of aviation and logistics.
In particular, the Aviation Economics training major is the study of the entire business system and operation and exploitation system of airlines and airports, the development trends of the aviation industry as well as international laws and rules in the aviation industry.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management training is a discipline of the entire business system that helps managers come up with the most effective production strategies and operate the system of forwarding and distributing goods to consumers in the fastest way.
Logistics and Multimodal Transportation is a major in learning about the entire business system of providing transportation and warehousing services, procedures for delivery and customs clearance documents in the circulation of international and domestic commercial goods.
In addition, students studying 2 majors in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Multimodal Transportation after graduation will receive a Bachelor’s Degree and International Certificate from FIATA – International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations
