On August 28–29, 2025, the Labor Union of the Faculty of Foreign Languages – Vietnam Aviation Academy organized a retreat for all lecturers and union members at the 5-star APEC Mandala Chăm Bay Mũi Né. This activity was part of the Employee Wellbeing Program for the academic year 2024–2025.
During the two-day stay in Mũi Né, the faculty’s staff and lecturers enjoyed a meaningful journey with moments of complete relaxation and memorable experiences. The group traveled from Hồ Chí Minh City by convenient shuttle service and stayed at a seaside resort with modern amenities such as an infinity pool, jacuzzi, electric carts, and a water play area.
The trip was made even more special as it coincided with the nation’s celebrations for the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2). The festive atmosphere and patriotic pride blended harmoniously with the spirit of solidarity among the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Vietnam Aviation Academy.
A highlight of the journey was the mud bath experience, which provided relaxation, rejuvenation, and opportunities for colleagues to bond and share stories in a warm and joyful atmosphere.
In the evening gathering, faculty members sang together, sharing joy and connecting through familiar melodies. The activity strengthened team spirit, refreshed energy, and prepared the faculty community for upcoming tasks.
The retreat took place with the care and support of the Vietnam Aviation Academy’s Labor Union, contributing to the well-being of staff and enhancing their effectiveness in work and teaching.
