Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyễn Thị Hải Hằng – Director of the Vietnam Aviation Academy – congratulated Dr. Phan Thanh Minh on earning the trust and confidence of his colleagues to take on this important new role. The Director emphasized the pivotal role of the Faculty of Aviation Operations, highlighting it as one of the Academy’s long-standing academic units with a strong tradition, high academic reputation, and a key provider of skilled human resources for Vietnam’s aviation industry.
