Announcement of scholarship program for study in the Russian Federation in 2025

Based on Official Document No. 183A dated October 4, 2024, issued by the representative office of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian¹ Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo)² in Vietnam (Russian Center for Science and Culture in Hanoi), which announces the selection process for Vietnamese citizens to study under the scholarship quota provided by the Russian side to Vietnam in 2025, the Department of Organization and Administration would like to inform interested candidates about the application procedure for studying in the Russian Federation under the 2025 Agreement:

andidates wishing to study in the Russian Federation in 2025 must register on the Education-in-russia.com information system portal from October 7, 2024, to January 15, 2025. Candidates must accurately complete the application form (Анкета), provide a photograph, a scan of their passport, a scan of their academic transcripts (or a certificate of study duration), and submit the completed application form in the “for verification” status.

Important Notes:

+ Candidates who do not register on the Russian website: Education in Russia (https://education-in-russia.com) between October 7, 2024, and January 15, 2025, will not meet the necessary conditions to apply for the 2025 scholarship program with the Russian Federation. Candidates can refer to the registration instructions on the Russian information system portal in the attached appendix.

+ Candidates are advised to continue monitoring the websites of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and the Department of International Cooperation for further announcements regarding the application process for the 2025 scholarship program with the Russian Federation.
