Announcement of the Scholarship Program for Study in the Russian Federation in 2024

Please find attached Official Notification No. 165/TB-BGDĐT dated February 19, 2024, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training in collaboration with the representative office of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian ¹ Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) ² in Vietnam. This notification announces the scholarship program for study in the Russian Federation in 2024.
