Speaking at the ceremony, leaders from both the Academy and the local commune acknowledged and praised the high sense of responsibility and dedication demonstrated by VAA volunteers in executing practical community-centered youth initiatives. The “Red Scarf House” not only improves living conditions for the beneficiary family, but also reflects the joint efforts of youth in supporting underprivileged children and vulnerable households, advancing local social welfare objectives.

Following a coordinated construction effort by partnering units and volunteer forces, the new residence was officially completed and handed over for immediate use. Sturdy walls and a solid roof deliver far more than a secure shelter; they open up new hope for a more stable livelihood, standing as vivid proof of youth solidarity, compassion, and civic commitment.

The “Red Scarf House” stands as a prominent highlight of the VAA Green Summer Campaign 2026, demonstrating a firm commitment to grounding voluntary actions in depth and direct responsiveness to local needs. Each completed structure elevates community welfare while educating students on dedication, compassion, and civic duty.
