Gratitude and Unity – Together as One | Spring of Binh Ngo 2026

In the first quarter of 2026, the Department of Organization and Administration of Vietnam Aviation Academy organized a series of appreciation activities to recognize the persistent efforts and dedicated contributions of the collective and each individual over the past working year. This was not only an opportunity to reflect on the journey that has been accomplished, but also a meaningful occasion to spread the spirit of unity and sharing — the core values that shape the identity of the Department of Organization and Administration.

The year 2025 concluded with many proud achievements, as the Department of Organization and Administration was honored with the title of Outstanding Labor Collective, along with three individuals recognized as Emulation Fighters and awarded Certificates of Merit by Vietnam Aviation Academy. These accomplishments were the result of continuous efforts, a strong sense of responsibility, and the collective unity of all staff members throughout a year of dedicated service.

On January 6, 2026, the Department of Organization and Administration, in coordination with the departmental Trade Union, organized a birthday celebration for members whose birthdays fall in January. The gathering took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with heartfelt wishes exchanged, further strengthening the bonds among members of the Department of Organization and Administration family.

In addition, the program held special significance as it set aside time to express gratitude to two staff members who have devoted many years of service and made important contributions to the development of the department.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hiep – Office Specialist, with 29 years and 6 months of service at the Academy, is a distinguished example of dedication, responsibility, and unwavering commitment. In addition to excellently fulfilling his professional duties, he has made remarkable contributions to trade union activities and has earned the trust and high regard of his colleagues. His presence has been an essential piece in building a strong foundation of experience for the development of the Department of Organization and Administration.

Alongside him is Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang – Head of the Office Division and Assistant to the Academy Director, who has consistently demonstrated strong professional competence, flexible thinking, and a high sense of responsibility throughout her tenure. Her contributions in expanding cooperative relationships, connecting various units, and exploring new potentials have brought significant value to the Academy in general and to the Department of Organization and Administration in particular.

In accordance with the Academy’s overall orientation and personnel arrangements, the two staff members will continue their duties at new units. Although they will no longer directly accompany the Department of Organization and Administration, the values, impressions, and memories they have left behind will always be cherished and remembered. The Department sincerely expresses its deep gratitude and best wishes for their continued success in their new assignments.

As the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026 approaches, amid the busy atmosphere of completing year-end tasks, the Department of Organization and Administration has developed a plan to organize the 2025 Outstanding Employee Recognition Program. Ten individuals were honored across ten different award categories. Although the awards carry primarily symbolic value, they embody appreciation, encouragement, and pride in the tireless efforts made throughout the year.

The ceremony was held in a joyful and warm atmosphere, featuring cultural performances presented by young members of the department. The event was filled with touching moments, bright smiles, and even tears of happiness. It stood as clear evidence of the solidarity, mutual support, and trust that the Department of Organization and Administration has been nurturing together.

With the message “Gratitude and Unity – Together as One,” the Department of Organization and Administration hopes that in the years to come, all staff members will continue to stand side by side, support one another, and uphold a strong sense of responsibility and unity in order to successfully accomplish all assigned tasks, contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam Aviation Academy.
