THE FACULTY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARTICIPATED IN ADMISSIONS COUNSELING ACTIVITIES ON JANUARY 18 AND JANUARY 25, 2026.
On January 18, 2026, at the Career Orientation and University–College Admissions Counseling Fair (an annual event jointly organized by Education Magazine), held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, the consulting booth of the Vietnam Aviation Academy attracted a large number of students and parents who came to learn about academic programs, career opportunities in the aviation industry, and various other fields.
On January 25, 2026, at the Binh Duong Convention and Exhibition Center, the Vietnam Aviation Academy continued its participation in the 2026 Admissions Counseling Fair in Binh Duong, attracting significant attention from prospective students.
In 2026, the Faculty of Information Technology plans to enroll students in three majors related to Artificial Intelligence, with a separate intake of 240 students for each major.
The three majors include:
- Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (SE & AI)
- Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (AI & IoT)
- Artificial Intelligence and Big Data (AI & BD)
Students in all three majors will be equipped with fundamental knowledge in Information Technology, which is essential for working in the field of computer science and related industries.
For the Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence major, students will learn how to develop software applications such as websites and mobile apps integrated with AI technologies. Outstanding students may have opportunities to design and develop new AI models.
For the Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things major, students will study how to build applications for IoT devices, UAVs, and other smart systems integrated with AI, enabling intelligent control and automation. High-performing students may also develop new AI models.
For the Artificial Intelligence and Big Data major, students will learn how to design and implement AI-based big data analytics models. Excellent students may further engage in developing advanced AI models.
Graduates from all three majors will be qualified to work as AI Engineers, a highly demanded position in both domestic and international technology companies.
The training program consists of 8 semesters with a total of 120 credits, excluding physical education and national defense courses. The required foreign language proficiency upon graduation is at least Level 3/6 (equivalent to B1).
