The Trade Union of the Vietnam Aviation Academy Accompanies and Honors Exemplary Individuals (2020–2025)

In an effort to promote the spirit of creative labor and to recognize the unwavering dedication of staff, lecturers, and employees across the Academy, the Trade Union of the Vietnam Aviation Academy recently organized a Commendation Ceremony honoring outstanding individuals and collectives for the 2020–2025 period.

The event served as a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the notable achievements of patriotic emulation movements in recent years, while also fostering renewed motivation for all trade union members to continue contributing, innovating, and developing in the time ahead.

This special occasion allowed the Academy to look back on the results of collective efforts, and to pay tribute to exemplary individuals and groups who have consistently demonstrated creativity, diligence, and commitment to the advancement of the Academy and the Vietnamese civil aviation sector as a whole.

In their speeches at the ceremony, representatives of the Academy’s Board of Directors and Trade Union Executive Committee recognized and praised the tireless contributions of staff, lecturers, and employees in effectively implementing various emulation campaigns such as: “Skilled and Creative Labor,” “Good at Work – Responsible at Home,” “Green – Clean – Beautiful – Occupational Safety and Hygiene,” as well as initiatives in pedagogical innovation, scientific research, and training support.

As the representative body safeguarding the rights and voices of workers, and as a driving force for unity and innovation, the Vietnam Aviation Academy Trade Union is proud to accompany all patriotic emulation movements. It continues to play an active role in building a positive, professional, and humane working environment — where every individual is encouraged to develop their potential, contribute ideas, and work toward the shared mission of the Academy.

During the ceremony, many outstanding staff members and lecturers were honored and presented with certificates of merit from the Trade Union and Academy leadership. These individuals exemplify the spirit of hard work, dedication, and innovation — values that have shaped the unique identity of the Vietnam Aviation Academy.

At the conclusion of the event, all delegates gathered for a commemorative group photo to mark the meaningful occasion.
