Workshop “Wings of The Future” – Connecting Passion, Shaping the Future of Aviation
On the morning of June 14, 2025, at Hall F100 of the Vietnam Aviation Academy, the workshop “Wings of the Future,” co-organized by the Youth Union and Student Association of the Faculty of Air Transport Economics in collaboration with The Wings Training Center, was successfully held with the enthusiastic participation of more than 450 students.
The “Wings of the Future” workshop was designed to offer students a more realistic and insightful view of the aviation industry, especially the profession of flight attendants—one of the most attractive and sought-after careers among students at the Vietnam Aviation Academy in general, and those of the Faculty of Air Transport Economics in particular.

During the workshop, students had the opportunity to listen to heartfelt, relatable, and inspiring stories shared by professionals currently working in the aviation sector. These stories not only helped students gain a clearer understanding of the real working environment but also conveyed powerful messages about determination, discipline, and professionalism—the core values of the industry.
In addition to the experience-sharing segment, the open Q&A session between students and guest speakers was another highlight of the program. Students eagerly posed practical questions regarding recruitment processes, appearance requirements, soft skills, in-flight emergency handling, and career development opportunities. These inquiries were met with sincere and transparent responses, helping students form a clearer picture of the career path they wish to pursue.
More than just a sharing session, “Wings of the Future” served as a bridge between students and the industry, narrowing the gap between theory and practice, between the classroom and the professional environment. The students’ active participation and the overwhelmingly positive feedback following the workshop are strong indicators of its resounding success.

Overview of the Workshop
The workshop was not only a meaningful academic activity but also a testament to the proactive and creative spirit of students from the Faculty of Air Transport Economics in their pursuit of comprehensive development opportunities. With the companionship of reputable training organizations such as The Wings, the program promises to be continued and expanded in the future, offering even more practical value to students.
At the end of the event, speakers and students captured memorable moments together in group photos, concluding a morning full of energy, valuable information, and inspirational stories. True to its name, “Wings of the Future” has opened the wings to a promising career journey for many young individuals passionate about the aviation industry.
