The workshop aimed to update, refine, and enhance the quality of the training programs in alignment with the orientation of strengthening the connection between academia and industry. This effort is intended to contribute to the development of a workforce equipped with practical skills, professional competencies, and an integrated mindset to meet the current demands of the labor market.

Delivering the opening speech, Dr. Co Tan Anh Vu – Vice President of the Vietnam Aviation Academy and Dean of the Faculty of Air Transport Economics – emphasized: “The review and improvement of training programs must be conducted in a scientific, serious, and regular manner to ensure output quality that aligns with the development of the aviation sector and the trend of global integration. Especially, the participation and input from enterprises play a crucial role in ensuring that the curriculum is not only theoretically sound but also practically relevant to recruitment and operational needs”

The discussion and feedback session was vibrant and engaging, reflecting the openness and high sense of responsibility from both lecturers and industry representatives. The guest speakers shared insights into the evolving demands of the labor market and provided specific suggestions regarding course content, student assessment methods, and essential skills that students should be equipped with before graduation.
