Every two years, the AFCS conference brings together young and senior researchers to share their research and exchange groundbreaking innovations and trends in aviation and tourism. This year, we are pleased to announce the framework topic:

We invite you to participate in this premier event, where you can share your research, explore new ideas, and be inspired by innovations in the field.

- 15 October 2025: Information on paper submission acceptance
- 15 November 2025: Deadline for early bird registration
- 05 December 2025: Deadline for late registration

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Prospective authors are kindly encouraged to submit a short paper via platform by 01 September 2025.
The submitted paper should not exceed five pages and should follow the conference template.
Please note that we do NOT accept submissions via email. Only submissions via platform are considered.
Important note and Publication opportunity
Conference Proceedings
- All submissions are peer reviewed by the AFCS 2025 Scientific Conference Committee.
- All accepted short papers will be published in Conference Proceedings, indexed in Scopus and published by Springer.
Relevant Journals
- Selected accepted papers will be invited to submit full papers (10-12 pages) to relevant journals: IJSA (International Journal of Sustainable Aviation), IJAST (International Journal of Aviation Science and Technology), and Transactions on Aerospace Research.
- Full paper submissions are subject to peer review by the Journals.
