The 7th Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Aviation Academy, Term 2025–2030

At the Congress, delegates listened to the political report of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020–2025 term, as well as the self-review report of the Committee for the same period. The Academy’s Party cells presented various reports on topics such as personnel organization, human resources, admissions, and training. From these discussions, they proposed innovative methods aligned with the Academy’s strategy for deep development and international integration for the 2025–2030 period and beyond.

Delivering the guiding speech at the Congress, Deputy Minister of Construction Lê Anh Tuấn expressed his agreement with the directions, objectives, tasks, and solutions proposed by the Vietnam Aviation Academy.

He emphasized, “It is necessary to develop the Academy into a center for scientific research consultancy and technology transfer in the field of aviation, making scientific research an important component of the Academy’s activities.”

At the Congress, 132 Party members elected the new Executive Committee of the Academy.

The Academy needs to develop a long-term human resource development strategy, focusing on building a young team of staff with strong professional expertise and good foreign language skills. The goal is to achieve 100% of the targets and criteria regarding the quality of the teaching staff and training programs. Additionally, the Academy should mobilize all available resources to build and develop infrastructure systems to support training and instruction,” Deputy Minister Lê Anh Tuấn emphasized.

At the Congress, 132 Party members elected the new Executive Committee of the Academy. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trần Hoài An – Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Construction and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Aviation Academy for the 2020–2025 term – was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Aviation Academy for the 2025–2030 term.
