Introduction and job consultation workshop for students of the Faculty of Aviation Operations in 2024 of the Air Traffic Flow Management Center

On the morning of November 28, 2024, the Faculty of Aviation Operations in collaboration with the Air Traffic Management Center organized a workshop to introduce and provide job consultation for students of the Faculty of Aviation Operations in 2024.

Based on the ATFM (Air Traffic Flow Management) Implementation Plan in Vietnam issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, in order to introduce Air Traffic Flow Management and attract human resources for the unit as well as provide job information for students, the Air Traffic Flow Management Center coordinated to organize a seminar to introduce and provide job advice for students of the Aviation Operations Faculty to the Air Traffic Flow Management Center..

Attending the workshop, we are pleased to welcome representatives of the Air Traffic Management Center, Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation: Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu – Deputy Director of the Air Traffic Management Center; Mr. Pham Xuan Thanh – Head of the Air Traffic Management Center’s Operations Department; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich – Head of the Salary Department, Personnel Organization Department.

On the school side, the representative of the leadership of Vietnam Aviation Academy was very pleased to welcome Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Hoai An – Chairman of the Council of Vietnam Aviation Academy; and the coordinating unit to organize the Faculty of Aviation Operations with the participation of Dr. Phan Thanh Minh – Head of the Faculty; MSc. Ho Thi Vu Hien – Deputy Head of the Faculty along with all the lecturers and a large number of students majoring in Flight Operations Management – Faculty of Aviation Operations.

At the seminar, the representative of the Air Traffic Management Center introduced the Center, information about job opportunities, recruitment requirements and skills needed to work at the Air Traffic Management Center. He enthusiastically answered questions for students and shared experiences with the Center’s leaders.
