ANNOUNCEMENT OF ADMISSION RESULTS AND ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES FOR THE 2023 PART-TIME UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM IN AIR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT WITH JOB COMMITMENT

The Admissions Council for the 2023 Part-time Undergraduate Program in Air Traffic Management announces:

1. Admission Results for the 2023 Part-time Undergraduate Program in Air Traffic Management view here.

2. Re-evaluation of Aptitude Assessment Results: Applications accepted until 5:00 PM on December 5, 2023. Application form view here.

3. Time and Location for Enrollment Procedures and Official Commencement of Studies:

– Enrollment Procedures: December 11, 2023 (please note the detailed schedule here, please arrive within the specified time frame to avoid long waiting times)

– Location: Rooms A14, A15, A18, Vietnam Aviation Academy, Campus 1, No. 104 Nguyen Van Troi Street, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.

– Official Commencement of Studies: December 18, 2023;

4. Enrollment Procedure Instructions

4.1. Payment of Tuition Fee for the 1st Semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024 and Other Fees (student ID card, application file cover): 12,887,000 VND (Total program includes 10 semesters)

Online payment is encouraged for a faster enrollment process.

– Pay online before submitting the application HERE. Note: Students who choose to pay via Bao Kim, please enter the exact amount displayed on the screen before transferring (including tuition fee + 5,500 VND service fee), do not transfer less or more, and do not round the amount. Incorrect amount transfers will result in unsuccessful transactions. See instructions here.

– Or you can pay directly at the academy on the day of enrollment procedures.

4.2. Submission of Student Dossier

Students prepare 01 set of hard copy documents including:

a) Application form (attached to the email or download here);

b) High school transcript (notarized photocopy);

c) Birth certificate (copy/notarized photocopy);

d) Citizen identification card (notarized photocopy);

e) Self-written resume with confirmation from the local authorities where permanent residence is registered or the current working agency/unit (Self-written Resume Form download here);

f) Judicial record card (Form No. 2) (issued by the Department of Justice, within the last 06 months);

g) High school diploma (notarized photocopy) or temporary graduation certificate for candidates graduating in 2023;

h) Transcript, degrees (university, college, etc., if any) (notarized photocopy), Certificate of current student status (if any);

i) English language certificate as required (still valid) (notarized photocopy);

j) Confirmation of military service registration (notarized photocopy) and military service transfer letter (original) (if any).

Before submitting the documents to the academy, students should proactively make an additional notarized photocopy for their own records.
