Announcement of 2024 Part-time Undergraduate Admissions

Vietnam Aviation Academy announces the enrollment for the part-time undergraduate program in 2024 as follows:

1. Enrollment Target and Conditions:

– Candidates who have graduated from high school (or equivalent), meet the enrollment conditions according to the current Enrollment Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the conditions specified in the University-level Enrollment Project for 2024 of the academy.

– Possess a Air Traffic Control Certificate/Certification or have graduated with a Intermediate level in Air Traffic Control or have graduated with a College degree in Air Traffic Control and are currently working at units in the aviation field.

2. Majors and Enrollment Quota:

Air Traffic Management, Major Code: 7840102

Quota: 130

3. Enrollment Methods: VIEW DETAILS HERE

Note:

– The quota for each method may be reallocated depending on the number of applications and will be decided by the Admissions Council.

– Candidates can register for one or more methods. The order of consideration for admission methods is as follows: Priority Admission -> Direct Admission -> Admission based on High School Transcript results. In case the number of applications exceeds the quota for each method, the academy will consider admission according to the following principles:

+ For the Priority Admission method: Priority is given to candidates currently holding higher positions or being planned for higher positions.

+ For the Direct Admission method: Priority is given to candidates with a higher University graduation ranking. In case of the same ranking, priority is given to candidates with a higher GPA.

+ For the Admission based on High School Transcript results method: Priority is given to candidates with a higher average score in English in grade 12.

-Other special cases will be decided by the Admissions Council.

4. Application Submission Period (expected):

Application submission: from the date of the announcement until the end of September 16, 2024.

5. Admission Consideration, Result Announcement, and Commencement (expected):

– Admission consideration and result announcement: before September 18, 2024;

– Commencement: October 7, 2024

6. How to Register for Admission and Pay the Fee:

Register for admission and pay the fee online, as follows:

Step 1: Access the website tuyensinh.vaa.edu.vn;

Step 2: Select the “Đại học vừa làm vừa học” (Part-time Undergraduate) tab, fill in all the information, upload documents according to the application form;

Step 3: Enter the confirmation code, select “Gửi” (Send);

Step 4: Click the “Thanh toán lệ phí” (Pay Fee) button.

Successful registration will receive a confirmation email from the academy (Check the spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox).

7. Application Fee:

Fee: 20,000 VND/application.

8. Tuition Fee:

Expected 238,000,000 VND/entire course (excluding exemptions for previously completed subjects).
