LATE ENROLLMENT GUIDE

For candidates with late enrollment and supplementary admission

Candidates who received a supplementary admission email can check their admission result here (if no information is found, it means you were not admitted).

Note: This result is based on the information submitted online by the candidate. The Academy will verify all documents after enrollment; if any incorrect or dishonest information is found, the admission result will be reviewed accordingly.

Online payments include:
– 15-month Health Insurance (from 01/10/2024 to 31/12/2025): 1,106,000 VND.
– Document cover fee: 12,000 VND.
– Semester 1 tuition for academic year 2024-2025, including health insurance and document cover:

Enrollment documents include:

1. 01 copy of Citizen ID card (notarized)
2. Original 2024 National High School Exam result certificate (for candidates who took the exam)
3. Temporary high school graduation certificate (notarized copy) or High School Diploma (notarized copy)
4. 01 high school transcript with all 3 years of grades, sealed across all pages (notarized copy)
5. Student Profile Form (MOET format) verified by the local authority (download here); see instructions here
6. Student health insurance card (copy), or prepare valid insurance information. Check via this link: https://baohiemxahoi.gov.vn/tracuu/Pages/tra-cuu-thoi-han-su-dung-the-bhyt.aspx, or use the VssID app.

Citizen orientation: Held ONLINE on September 5, 2024.

Department welcome for freshmen: Held IN-PERSON on September 6–7, 2024 at Campus 2. See schedule here

Official start of classes: September 9, 2024 (Training Department will assign class schedules)
