ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT NOTICE – 2024 WORK-STUDY UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM

Note:

• The result is based on the information candidates submitted online. The Academy will conduct post-verification of documents after enrollment. If any misinformation or dishonesty is detected, the result will be re-evaluated.
• For inquiries or complaints regarding the admission result, please email tuyensinh@vaa.edu.vn or call 028 3842 4762 (business hours, Monday to Friday), or visit in person before 5:00 PM on September 20, 2024 for timely support.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Timeline & Method:

• Enrollment period: From September 23, 2024 to 5:00 PM October 7, 2024
• Method: Pay tuition fees online and receive your student ID code online, send physical documents by post.

Step-by-step Enrollment Process:

1. Tuition and Other Fees

• Pay tuition fees online via this link. See instructions here.
• First semester tuition (2024-2025) (including document cover): To be updated after September 26, 2024
• After completing online payment, the system will generate a Student ID (account to log in at sv.vaa.edu.vn) and password. Students can log in to:
  • Change password
  • Provide personal info
  • View class schedules
  • Submit form requests, etc.

Note:

• If paying via Bao Kim, ensure the exact amount (including tuition fee + VND 3,300 service fee). Do not round or alter the amount. Incorrect transfers will result in failed transactions.
• In the academic year 2024–2025, the dormitory is under renovation, so student housing is not available.

2. Submitting Enrollment Documents

• Prepare and send 01 set of documents by post.
• Clearly label the cover:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Prepare all documents at home. Make one additional notarized copy for your own record.

For candidates admitted via High School Academic Record:

1. 01 notarized copy of Citizen ID
2. 01 notarized copy of High School Graduation Diploma
3. 01 notarized copy of High School Academic Transcript with full 3-year grades, sealed across pages
4. 01 notarized copy of ATC Certificate / Diploma / Qualification
5. Work confirmation from an organization in the aviation sector

For candidates admitted via Direct Admission:

1. 01 notarized copy of Citizen ID
2. 01 notarized copy of University Degree
3. 01 notarized copy of ATC Certificate / Diploma / Qualification
4. Work confirmation from an organization in the aviation sector

For candidates admitted via Priority Admission:

1. 01 notarized copy of Citizen ID
2. 01 notarized copy of University or High School Graduation Diploma
3. 01 notarized copy of ATC Certificate / Diploma / Qualification
4. Official letter of nomination / study assignment from an aviation-related organization, stating:
   • Job title
   • Work experience
   • Confirmation that the candidate is being sent to study

Note: Candidates listed in the appendix of Official Letter 4460/QLB-TCCB dated July 24, 2024 from the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation do not need to submit the nomination letter.
