The Party Committee of Vietnam Aviation Academy participated in the national conference to disseminate and implement the resolution of the 11th Central Conference (Term XIII)

Implementing the plan of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction on organizing a National Conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Central Conference, term XIII, on April 16, 2025, the Party Committee of Vietnam Aviation Academy organized an online connection at the Academy bridge, with 120 delegates attending.

Attending the conference at the Vietnam Aviation Academy bridge were comrade Tran Hoai An – Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Construction, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Academy Council, Heads and Deputy Heads of affiliated units and all Party members of the Vietnam Aviation Academy Party Committee.

The conference aimed to disseminate and thoroughly grasp the important contents of the 11th Central Resolution, especially the Party’s major policies and orientations on socio-economic development, Party building and the political system in the new period. Thereby, helping cadres and Party members to improve their political awareness, ideology and responsibility in implementing the resolution in a practical and effective manner.

According to the program, at the Conference, delegates will listen to 3 topics:

The topic “On the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; new points in the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementing the Party’s charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; new points in the draft Political Report; new points in the draft report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 – 2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026-2030” delivered by Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister.

The topic “On amending the Constitution and laws; directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term” was delivered by Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly.

The topic “On continuing to streamline the organization, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency; amending and supplementing regulations on implementing the Party Charter; Directive amending Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term” was delivered by comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission. According to the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, the Conference aims to disseminate the core contents, new points and key points of the documents of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. On that basis, Party committees, Party organizations at all levels, departments, ministries, branches and localities continue to disseminate, propagate and implement the contents of the documents of the 11th Central Conference in localities, agencies and units. The dissemination and implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee was carried out methodically, scientifically and qualitatively, creating unity within the Party and consensus among the people.
