Announcement of the Scholarship Program for Study in the Russian Federation in 2024

Please find attached Official Notification No. 165/TB-BGDĐT dated February 19, 2024, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training in collaboration with the representative office of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian¹ Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo)² in Vietnam. This notification announces the scholarship program for study in the Russian Federation in 2024.

We kindly request that you review the eligibility criteria and requirements for applying to this scholarship program, which are detailed in the attached notification. You may also find additional information on the website of the Department of International Cooperation – Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam at the following address: https://s.net.vn/kPuH

Please pay close attention to the specific criteria and requirements for undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, and internship scholarship programs in the Russian Federation for the 2024 academic year.

To complete your application, please submit your application documents online through the following two platforms: Education-in-russia.com and tuyensinh@vietd.vn

The deadline for online application submission for all scholarship programs is March 20, 2024.
