VIETNAM AVIATION ACADEMY OFFICIALLY BECOMES AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF THE INTERNATIONAL AVIATION TRAINING PROGRAMME (TRAINAIR PLUS PROGRAMME – ICAO)

From May 1, 2020, the Vietnam Aviation Academy officially became an Associate Member of the International Aviation Training Programme (TRAINAIR PLUS Programme – ICAO). After a period of promotion and preparation, from February 5 to February 7, 2020, Mr. Hervé Touron, Head of the Evaluation and Advisory Section, Global Aviation Training Office, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), visited and worked with Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA). During his visit, Mr. Touron reviewed and assessed the training programs, personnel, facilities, and quality management system (ISO). He highly praised the capabilities and development potential of Vietnam Aviation Academy in particular and the civil aviation industry in Vietnam in general. Additionally, he provided valuable advice for the Academy.
