To strengthen the partnership between academia and industry while providing students with opportunities to experience a real working environment, the Vietnam Aviation Academy and Vinpearl Joint Stock Company officially signed a cooperation agreement on October 2, 2025.

The Vietnam Aviation Academy and Vinpearl Joint Stock Company have officially signed a cooperation agreement.
Under this agreement, Vinpearl will host students from the Academy for internships, professional training programs, and provide expanded employment opportunities after graduation. In the first phase of implementation, over 40 students from the Faculty of Foreign Languages were sent to Vinpearl Phu Quoc—one of Vietnam’s leading destinations for tourism and hospitality—to undertake their internships.
Vinpearl awarded scholarships to outstanding students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, recognizing their academic achievements and proactive spirit of integration.
During the internship, students will experience a professional and high-standard working environment in the fields of customer service, tourism, and hospitality, allowing them to enhance their communication skills, foreign language proficiency, and professional demeanor. Vinpearl also collaborates with the Faculty of Foreign Languages to organize orientation sessions, experience-sharing workshops, and internship evaluations based on corporate standards.
The partnership marks the beginning of a joint effort to develop high-quality human resources in the fields of tourism, services, and aviation, while strengthening the connection between academic training and the practical needs of businesses.
As part of this collaboration, Vinpearl awarded scholarships to outstanding students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, recognizing their academic excellence and proactive integration spirit.
Representatives from both sides affirmed that the program not only signifies a meaningful step in educational cooperation but also serves as an important milestone in building a skilled workforce that meets the evolving demands of the tourism, service, and aviation industries.
