The Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) and Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 4, 2025, in South Korea, marking a new milestone in their cooperation in aviation training and research.

Vietnam Aviation Academy and Incheon International Airport Corporation Sign Memorandum of Understanding
According to the agreement, both parties will strengthen cooperation in the following areas:

Development and exchange of aviation training programs, including aviation safety and security, airport operations and inspection, flight operations, as well as emerging fields such as smart aviation and sustainable development.

Exchange of experts, lecturers, trainees, curricula, and training materials.
-
Joint marketing and promotional activities to attract trainees and expand regional influence.


The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding reflects the goodwill of both parties in strengthening their friendship, sharing expertise, and enhancing the quality of aviation human resources — aiming to meet the growing demands of the aviation industry in the region and globally.
At the signing ceremony, Dr. Nguyễn Thị Hải Hằng – Director of the Vietnam Aviation Academy, Mr. Sang Hoon Yim – Executive Director of the Incheon Aviation Academy, and Mr. Hag Jae Lee – Chairman and CEO of IIAC, reaffirmed their strong commitment to implementing cooperative initiatives, contributing to the advancement of aviation training in both Vietnam and South Korea.
