Vietnam Aviation Academy Participates in XPONENTIAL 2026 – Promoting Training Cooperation and the Development of the UVS Ecosystem

Vietnam Aviation Academy Participates in XPONENTIAL 2026
As Vietnam’s specialized aviation training institution and a founding member of the Vietnam Aerospace Network (AUVS VN) and the Low Altitude Economy Partnership (LAEP), Vietnam Aviation Academy places strong emphasis on the rapid development of UVS technologies, autonomous systems, and the Low Altitude Economy.
At XPONENTIAL 2026, the Academy’s delegation met and exchanged with numerous international universities, research institutes, and training organizations that are implementing UVS/UAV-related programs. These engagements aim to establish cooperation in education, scientific research, academic exchange, and the development of high-quality human resources for Vietnam’s UVS/UAV industry.
In parallel with academic networking activities, the Academy also focused on studying the global UVS market, emerging technology trends, and the development of supply chains within the UVS/UAV sector. Key areas of interest included low-altitude air traffic management, UAV manufacturing technologies, autonomous control systems, artificial intelligence, sensors, communications, energy solutions, aviation logistics, and UAV applications in industry, agriculture, infrastructure monitoring, and smart cities.
Through these activities, the Academy seeks to assess the practical demands of businesses and the labor market in order to continuously update its training programs toward a more modern, practical, and industry-oriented approach.

Through its participation in this event, Vietnam Aviation Academy continues to affirm its active role and strong presence within the UVS/UAV ecosystem in both Vietnam and the global arena.
XPONENTIAL 2026 also saw the participation of numerous Vietnamese enterprises and technology organizations operating in the UAV and autonomous systems sector. Among them, Gremsy showcased specialized UAV gimbal and camera systems currently serving markets in more than 30 countries. Realtime Robotics presented a range of mission-specific drones for security and defense applications, highlighted by the Hera drone capable of operating in strong wind conditions. Saolatek introduced integrated drone solutions for education, training, monitoring, and search-and-rescue operations.
In addition, XBLink presented drone connectivity solutions using 4G/5G modules, enabling long-distance operation without the need for ground control stations, while Rustech focused on autonomous drone algorithms and control software development. Accompanying the delegation were FPT UAV with software and system integration solutions, along with Saigon Hi-Tech Park and various organizations supporting the development of Vietnam’s UAV ecosystem.
The presence of the Vietnamese delegation at XPONENTIAL 2026 not only helped promote Vietnam’s capabilities in UVS/UAV research, development, and manufacturing, but also created opportunities to strengthen international partnerships and deepen participation in the global value chain and supply chain for unmanned systems and autonomous technologies.
