THE FACULTY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARTICIPATED IN THE 2026 UNIVERSITY ADMISSIONS CONSULTATION EVENT ON JULY 4, 2026
On July 4, 2026, the Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) participated in the 2026 University Admissions Consultation Day held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. The Academy’s consultation booth attracted a large number of prospective students and parents seeking information about academic programs, study opportunities in the aviation industry, and many other fields.
In 2026, the Faculty of Information Technology is recruiting students for the Information Technology program, offering three specializations in Artificial Intelligence with a total enrollment quota of 605 students:
♥ Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence
♥ Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (AI & IoT)
♥ Artificial Intelligence and Big Data
All three specializations provide students with a solid foundation in Information Technology, which is essential for careers in the computing and technology industries.
Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence
Students will learn how to develop software applications, including web and mobile applications, while integrating AI technologies into these systems. Outstanding students will also have opportunities to design and develop new AI models.
Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (AI & IoT)
Students will study how to develop intelligent applications for IoT devices, UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), and other smart systems by embedding AI into these applications. High-achieving students may also conduct research and develop new AI models.
Artificial Intelligence and Big Data
Students will learn how to build AI-powered big data analytics models for extracting valuable insights from large-scale datasets. Excellent students will also have opportunities to develop innovative AI models.
Graduates from all three specializations are well-prepared for careers as AI Engineers, a highly sought-after position in both domestic and international technology companies.
The program is designed to be completed in 8 semesters, comprising 120 credits, excluding Physical Education and National Defense Education courses. To graduate, students must achieve an English language proficiency of at least Level 3/6 (equivalent to CEFR B1).
