Remarks by Associate Professor Dr. Co Tan Anh Vu

At the meeting, Sun PhuQuoc Airways presented an overview of the airline, its fleet development strategy, aircraft maintenance system, and recruitment needs for aviation engineering positions in the coming period. Notably, the airline’s representative emphasized a clear career pathway, with income increasing based on performance and seniority, helping newly graduated students stabilize their livelihoods early in their careers.

Mr. Nguyen Quy Kien shares the recruitment demand for aviation engineering positions in the coming period

In addition to a competitive salary policy, Sun PhuQuoc Airways stated that it is developing a housing support policy for employees who commit to long-term service, particularly those with a commitment of 7 to 10 years. This policy is seen as a positive factor, helping employees feel secure in settling down and building their careers, especially amid rising living costs.

On the afternoon of the same day, on-site interviews were conducted at the Academy, resulting in the selection of 10 students holding CAT A1 aircraft maintenance certificates. Eligible candidates may be offered early employment, with anticipated commencement from early 2026, and may work through the 2026 Lunar New Year if required.

Students take a commemorative photo with the program’s organizing committee.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Co Tan Anh Vu, strengthening cooperation between the Academy and airlines helps enhance employment opportunities for students while meeting the demand for aviation engineering manpower as the aviation industry continues to grow strongly.
