Retirement Decision Presented to Lecturer Nguyễn Trần Thanh Thuần

On the afternoon of September 29, the Vietnam Aviation Academy held a warm and heartfelt gathering to present the retirement decision to Ms. Nguyễn Trần Thanh Thuần, Senior Lecturer of the Faculty of Aviation Economics.

Attending the ceremony were Dr. Cổ Tấn Anh Vũ – Vice President of the Academy and Head of the Faculty of Aviation Economics; Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Hiệp – Vice Chairman of the Academy’s Trade Union; along with representatives from the Trade Union, the Faculty of Aviation Economics, as well as numerous colleagues and students from different generations.

In his remarks, Dr. Cổ Tấn Anh Vũ sincerely acknowledged Ms. Thuần’s contributions throughout her career:
“Ms. Thuần has always been a dedicated and responsible lecturer, a shining example of integrity and professional ethics. Her quiet yet enduring contributions have played a significant role in the overall development of the Faculty of Aviation Economics and the Academy.”

Also present at the gathering were generations of colleagues and students

In an emotional moment, Ms. Nguyễn Trần Thanh Thuần shared: “Receiving my retirement decision today, I feel a mixture of emotions: nostalgia, pride, and above all, gratitude. I would like to thank the Academy’s Board of Directors, the Trade Union, and my colleagues for their constant support; and thank my students for giving me the opportunity to teach, to share, and to learn. I believe that the bonds we have built here will remain forever in my heart. Even though I will no longer be standing in the classroom, I am always ready to accompany the Academy on its future journey.”

Having devoted more than half of her life to teaching at the Vietnam Aviation Academy, Ms. Thuần has left an indelible mark—not only through her knowledge-rich lectures, but also through her wholehearted dedication to students. To her colleagues, she is remembered as a sincere, humble, and ever-supportive companion.

In a warm and heartfelt atmosphere, generations of students and colleagues presented Ms. Thuần with fresh bouquets of flowers and their best wishes.

Retirement is not an ending, but the beginning of a new chapter—one that allows her more time to care for her family and herself, while still continuing to accompany and support the Faculty and the Academy in the years to come.
