On the afternoon of April 15, 2026, the Faculty of Business Administration at Vietnam Aviation Academy successfully organized a conference to gather feedback on the undergraduate curriculum frameworks for the Financial Technology (FinTech) Program, the Marketing Technology Major, and the Space Economy Management Major. The workshop aimed to collect valuable input from academics, industry representatives, and relevant stakeholders in order to further refine these programs, ensuring their alignment with societal demands and future career development trends.

The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao, Vice Director of the Academy; Associate Prof. Dr. Co Tan Anh Vu, Vice Director of the Academy; Dr. Nguyen Thi Cam Le, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration; Associate Prof. Dr. Bui Nhat Vuong; leaders of relevant departments; distinguished experts; business representatives; and faculty members of the Faculty of Business Administration.

In her opening remarks, Dr. Nguyen Thi Cam Le, representing the Organizing Committee, emphasized the importance of developing and continuously updating academic programs in a modern and interdisciplinary direction. She highlighted the necessity of aligning curricula with labor market realities and strategies for cultivating high-quality human resources in the context of digital transformation, international integration, the aviation industry, and emerging economic sectors.

The conference featured three in-depth discussion sessions. In the first session, the curriculum framework for the Financial Technology Program was introduced, with an orientation toward integrating finance, digital technology, data analytics, and innovation. The second session presented the Marketing Technology Major, focusing on digital marketing, customer data management, e-commerce, and the application of technology in contemporary communication and marketing practices. The final session concentrated on the Space Economy Management Major, a strategically emerging field designed to prepare managerial talent for the space economy and future industries.

During each session, experts, employers, and invited guests provided constructive recommendations regarding learning outcomes, curriculum structure, the balance between knowledge components, theory and practice, technological competencies, professional skills, international integration, and industry collaboration in education. Many participants highly appreciated the pioneering vision, market relevance, and practical orientation of the newly proposed programs developed by the Faculty of Business Administration at Vietnam Aviation Academy.

In the closing remarks, the Organizing Committee sincerely acknowledged all insightful, positive, and constructive contributions from experts, enterprises, and guests. Based on the feedback received during the workshop, the curriculum frameworks have now been substantially finalized and are ready to proceed with the final steps for student recruitment in the upcoming academic year.

The success of the conference once again reaffirmed the commitment of the Faculty of Business Administration at Vietnam Aviation Academy to innovation and academic leadership in launching new programs, thereby contributing to the development of high-quality human resources to meet socio-economic demands in the new era.
